| where better is built.
WHAT IT IS
MORE THAN A
WEIGHT ROOM.
Basketball skill only goes so far if a player cannot control their body, change direction, absorb contact or maintain quality movement as the game gets faster.
The Performance Lab develops the physical tools behind better basketball. Training is coached, progressive and connected to how athletes actually move on the court.
Players learn proper technique before intensity increases. The goal is not simply to lift more—it is to move with greater strength, coordination, confidence and control.
WHAT PLAYERS BUILD.
TRAINING FOCUS
Each session combines the qualities young basketball athletes need most.
01
STRENGTH
Build a stronger foundation for balance, contact, deceleration and force production.
02
SPEED
Improve acceleration mechanics and the ability to cover space efficiently.
03
EXPLOSIVENESS
Develop power for first steps, jumping, finishing and quick reactions.
04
AGILITY
Train controlled changes of direction, body positioning and lateral movement.
05
CONDITIONING
Build the capacity to repeat quality efforts throughout practices and games.
06
MOBILITY
Improve movement quality, range of motion and body control.
INSIDE A SESSION
COACHED FROM
WARM-UP TO FINISH.
Sessions follow a purposeful progression. The exact exercises change based on the group and training focus, but athletes are always taught how to move before they are asked to move faster or handle more resistance.
01
PREPARE
Movement preparation, mobility and activation.
02
MOVE
Speed, footwork, landing and change-of-direction mechanics.
03
BUILD
Age-appropriate strength and power development.
04
FINISH
Conditioning, competitive effort or focused recovery.
